#1 The Expert Party Starter
$2,500+ • Month of event coordinator & unlimited Party Pop team access via-email
You've done the planning, inviting, and stressing. Now, it's time to let us take it from here. We're your bestie for three weeks leading up to your event! We'll meet in person/zoom multiple times and make sure you've got everything dialed in. We're your eyes, ears, and right hand on event day so you can pop that champagne and enjoy the party!
#2 The Expert Planner
$3,250+ • Event planner + Designed invite/flyer/save the date + Day of Event Manager + Coordinator
You've got the date & the location locked in, you know your budget, and now its time to let your expert start planning. We're here to make your idea come to life, hire and coordinate vendors, lock in contracts, create timelines, make sure we don't miss a beat, and have your event running like a well-oiled, party poppin' machine. We'll meet in person/zoom to kick off the planning.
#3 The Expert Champagne Popper
$4,500+ • Head-to-toe, we've got you! Source location + event planner + design invites/banners/flyers + Day of Event Manager + Coordinator
A blank canvas! You know what kind of event you need us to plan and need an expert to drive the process. This package leaves all the heavy lifting to us. We'll find your location, brainstorm ideas, hire all the vendors, be your point person throughout the planning process and at the event. We'll design artwork for you (shirts, flyers, invites, promotional items, banners, etc.) and you'll have unlimited e-mail access to our Party Pop team.
#4 DAY OF EVENT EXPERT
$1,500+ • Expert day of coordinator + assistant if needed
Need help on the day of your event? We're here for you. Once you've booked us, we'll connect with you and give you tools to help with your planning process and pointers to make sure we're set up for success on event day. 24-48 hrs. before the event we'll regroup and go through your program, how you want the event to flow, and all the nitty gritty details. Then your event expert becomes your right hand and makes sure your event is running like a well oiled, party poppin' machine!
